Do I have to book online? No, of course not. You can call us on +351 918 406 313 and we'll set you up. We're just going to come to a computer and book you in online though so you'd be quicker just typin'!
Why does the time vary on the wakeboarding morning session? We keep the morning session fairly flexible to get as many people on the flattest water. If load of people want to go on a single session, the session will automatically get earlier. It may also move to accomodate people a little later in the day.
Will I be told if there's a problem or the session time changes? Yes - if you put in a mobile phone number, the system will automatically send you an SMS text message to inform you something's changed. Alternatively we may phone you directly. You'll also receive email updates.
What is 'flexible'? Hourly bookings will ask if you're 'flexible'. This is not a reflection on you fitness but asking if you don't mind 'flexing' your booking a little. If you agree, the system will only allow a movement of 30 minutes, and only allow it once.
What is the deposit policy? All bookings with AirBoost require a 20% deposit to make them final. You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start time. After this time, the booking may only be moved at our discression. Bookings will only normally be moved due to weather or other operational reasons.
Do I have to use PayPal? No, but PayPal is the only online payment engine we use. You can also pay your deposit in person at the Ticket2Ride office on the Avenida or the Bom Dia office in the Marina. Just quote your booking number.
